Your Performance Score

Your Performance Score is 62. A solid base, with clear room to climb.

Most of your answers point to one thing: the work still goes in, and the body gives back less than it used to. That is what holds the number back, and it is one of the most workable.

Your reading at a glance
Bottom line
The same work returning less, and a shape that is harder to hold, are what hold your score back most. Both are workable, and the sooner you start, the faster the number moves.

01 · What your score means

A 62, read in plain English.

A score in this range means a solid baseline with clear room to grow. Higher is better, so the goal is simple: move the number up over the next few months. The plan below shows the fastest way.

Your score is built from your answers. These three did the most to hold it back.

When you eat well and train for a month, the results are
You answered"Slower than they once were."
Your weight and shape over the past two years have been
You answered"Harder to hold than they used to be."
Thinking about the next twenty years, your health feels
You answered"Something I think about often."

This reading is built only from your fourteen answers. It is a starting point, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace a visit with your own provider.

Three of your answers line up into one pattern.

The work still goes in. What has changed is what comes back out. A month of eating well and training returns less than it once did, your shape is harder to hold than it was two years ago, and the next twenty years have started to sit on your mind. These feed each other: adults lose roughly 3 to 8 percent of their muscle per decade after 30 unless training gives the body a reason to keep it, less muscle means less of the work shows up, and less to show for it makes the work harder to keep going.

None of this is unusual after 40, and none of it is broken. Think of paying the same amount into the same account every month while the interest rate quietly drops. The deposits have not changed. What they buy you has.

Signs the return is holding

  • A month of consistent work shows up clearly
  • Your shape holds on the effort you already put in
  • Strength is easy to keep rather than a fight
  • The next twenty years feel like a plan, not a worry

Signs it needs work

  • A month of eating well and training barely moves anything
  • Your shape is harder to hold than it was two years ago
  • The same effort buys less than it did five years ago
  • The next twenty years are something you think about often
02 · Three free things to lift it
At home · free · start this week

Three changes you can start this Monday.

These come first because they are free, they are what any good plan is built on, and you can start them this week. Two are aimed straight at what has been giving back less, and the third is the recovery both of them depend on. They are the first part of the path, and section 04 is the part that measures whether they went far enough.

01

Two strength sessions a week, covering every major muscle group.

Muscle is what decides how much load you can take and how fast you clear it, and adults lose roughly 3 to 8 percent of it per decade after 30 unless training gives the body a reason to keep it. Two sessions a week is the amount the national activity guidelines set for adults. Push, pull, hinge, squat, carry, and add a little weight when it starts to feel easy.
For holding your shape
02

Three brisk 25-minute walks a week, at a pace where you can talk but not sing.

That pace is the standard test for moderate effort. Aerobic capacity is what everyday effort draws on, and its decline speeds up with every decade after the thirties unless something keeps asking for it. Three walks is a starting point, not the target: the national guidelines put the adult floor at 150 minutes a week, so build toward it rather than stopping here.
For the next twenty years
03

Wake at the same time every day, weekends included.

Recovery runs on a clock, and a fixed wake time is what sets it. In a study of nearly 61,000 adults wearing activity trackers, how regular their sleep was predicted long-term survival more strongly than how many hours they slept. Bedtime can move. The wake time should not.
For recovery between hard efforts

Give the walking and the wake time two weeks. Give the strength work six, because muscle answers on a slower clock than sleep does. The check below shows whether they have done their job, or whether measurement is what closes the gap.

After a few weeks of doing these consistently

Signs the changes are working

  • A month of consistent work finally shows up
  • The weights you started with have started to move up
  • The same walk at the same pace feels easier
  • Your shape holds without having to fight for it

Signs the changes are not enough

  • A month of consistent work still shows almost nothing
  • Strength has not moved despite consistent training
  • Your shape is still drifting on the same effort
  • Six weeks in, the work is being done and nothing has shifted

If the left column is true, the base is working, and that is the right foundation to build the rest on. If the right column is true, it points to something underneath that only measurement can settle. Either way, the appointment is where you find out which of the two you are looking at, and how much the body is actually able to give back.

03 · A story like yours

How someone with a score of 62 turned it around.

The starting point. A man in his early fifties in Chicago, IL came in with almost the same reading: steady job, still eating well and training, but a month of that returned less than it used to, and his shape had been drifting for two years. His score sat right around the middle.

First, the free steps. He started with the same three changes in section 02: two strength sessions a week, three brisk walks, and a fixed wake time. Within a month the walks were easier and the training was finally consistent.

Then, what the steps could not reach. His shape barely moved, so he got in touch with the practice and scheduled an appointment. The work-up measured what he could not read by feel: his thyroid was running low, and the hormones behind strength and drive had drifted down with age.

The plan that followed. The provider kept the free steps, brought the drifted markers back into range, and added nutrition coaching built on the numbers rather than on how he felt. Over the next few months the same training started showing again, his shape came back under control, and his score climbed out of the middle.

The free steps did real work on their own. The work-up simply showed the part he could not reach without measuring it.

04 · If you want to look deeper

How our clinic can help you.

Here is what we do, in plain words, and what each part is for. None start from a quiz.

A functional medicine work-up
Bloodwork read the functional medicine way, which looks well past a standard checkup. It covers your blood sugar and insulin, your thyroid, and the hormones behind strength and drive, so what has changed in the return on your effort is explained rather than guessed at.
Why it fits your resultYour reading is about what the same work gives back, and that is the one thing a set of answers cannot settle. This is the step that replaces the estimate with a measurement.
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
If the work-up shows key hormones have drifted low, common after 40, a provider can bring them back into a healthy range using hormones identical to the ones your body already makes. This is the lever most tied to drive, steady energy, and holding muscle as you age.
Why it fits your resultA shape that is harder to hold, and training that returns less than it did, both point here. It only ever starts after the labs, never from a quiz.
Peptide therapy
Peptides are short chains of amino acids your body already uses as signals. Used under a provider, specific ones are aimed at recovery, sleep quality and body composition. It is a newer field, which is why it is always matched to labs rather than to symptoms.
Why it fits your resultRecovery and body composition are two of the things this pattern shows up in, and this track is aimed at both. Always after the labs, never before.
Weight, hormonal balance and nutrition coaching
A provider-supervised plan that pairs simple nutrition changes with the hormonal side of weight, for a body that will not shift on effort alone. Built from your labs and your goals, not a template.
Why it fits your resultYour shape has been harder to hold for two years on the same effort. This is the track built for exactly that.
None of these start from a quiz. The right next step is an appointment. A Regenevéda provider looks at your answers, runs only the labs that make sense, and decides what, if anything, fits you. Plenty of people leave with just the free plan and nothing to buy.
A note from your provider

Andrew, this is common, and one of the more workable results we see. Nothing here is broken. The same work is giving back less than it did, and that is something that can be turned around. Start with the three changes above this week, because they are the foundation everything else is built on. What they cannot tell you is how much of this is measurable and correctable, and that is what the appointment is for, with no pressure either way.

"While no one today can literally take you back in time, we believe we can restore your youthful physiology by re-educating your body and allowing you to look, feel, and function like you did when you were decades younger."

05 · The next step

The reading is done. The next step is yours.

Start with the three changes in section 02. They cost nothing and begin the work this week. To find out how much of the return is actually recoverable, the next step is an appointment. Here is exactly what that is, so there are no surprises.
